Services

If you love to garden but need a little (or a lot) of guidance, I’m here to help. While I maintain a few exceptional gardens, most of my work now focuses on working with and coaching DIY homeowners on ecological garden design and gardening best practices. Together, we’ll partner with Mother Nature to create gardens filled with joy, beauty, and wonder.

Ecological Garden Design

Ecological gardens work with, not against, nature to create resilient, low maintenance, living landscapes. By emphasizing healthy soil, native plants, and habitat for pollinators, birds, and other wildlife, these gardens are beautiful and environmentally friendly.

What I offer:

  • Designs for all conditions, including sun, shade, part-shade, moist, dry, and coastal

  • Native plants that thrive and support local wildlife

  • Layered textures (ground cover, perennials, trees and shrubs), blooms from spring through fall, winter interest, and sustainable practices

  • Beautiful, resilient gardens rooted in a strong sense of place
